Marcella has been involved in several consulting projects with Aracari starting with the re-branding of the company in 2018.
The project was based in reclaiming Aracari as the pioneer of the luxury travel space in the Andes with three key words as its mantra: inspiring, connecting and celebrating.
“Marcella opened my eyes two years ago about the importance of my company’s visual image in the digital environment. Until then, as CEO and founder of Aracari, I hadn’t understood or given this aspect of my business the required weight. Marcella identified the points that needed improvement, persuaded me with sound arguments as to what needed work, and we started a 2 year collaboration on branding and visual image upgrade of Aracari Travel. The results of our collaboration have exceeded expectations and yielded exceptional results so far, and it is early days. Marcella has the gift of understanding more than what meets the eye, she is very handsome, knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She not only evolved our logo (which I forcefully resisted doing initially), but she has also extracted the intrinsic value of Aracari’s intangible assets and has made them tangible, so that our customers are able to experience Aracari from afar and in advance (!) and be more persuaded to buy our product (ie conversions!).
She embarked, in addition to rebranding, on several projects including launching our activity on Instagram and Facebook, reorganizing and distilling our photo library, providing the design for our new website and actively participating in validating the new structure, branding our individual experiences and leading workshops with our office and field staff to instill in them the original but rebranded values of Aracari. Within Aracari she has taught us to be rigorous about our visual image (photography) which I now understand is essential. I have always felt she always went the extra mile during the whole process. Marcella has been easy, fun and interesting to work with and enjoys an excellent relationship not only with me, but with Aracari’s team members, web developers and all the parties involved in the various projects. I highly recommend Marcella’s work and hope to work with her again in the not so distant future
